AI Engine is one system, installed on your own server, that answers website chat, email, Messenger and Instagram DMs 24/7 and, from Package 2, WhatsApp, comment replies, posts and content plans. It keeps one history per customer, answers from your live data instead of guessing, follows your rules and approvals, and has a stop switch. We build each engine for you on our own core, which reuses what we learned from Nova AI, our Messenger agent that ran in production. It is not a ready-made product: the core demo is being built now, so we take a few builds at a time and agree a real start date at the meeting. There are four packages, from $5,900 to $31,900, and 9 add-ons. Package 3 and Complete start with our $490 AI Engine Blueprint. How do I start? Do I pay on the website?
No payment on this website. Book a meeting: we agree the package, the scope, the start date and the payment details. Package 3 and Complete start with our $490 AI Engine Blueprint, a 7-day written plan; it is credited in full if you book the build within 30 days. Is this a ready-made product?
No. We build each engine for you on our own core, which reuses what we learned from Nova AI, our Messenger agent that ran in production. The core demo is being built now, so we take a few builds at a time. At the meeting we agree a real start date, and nothing starts before you agree to it.
Which package should I choose?
Package 1 if customers write to you every day on your website, by email, on Messenger and on Instagram. Package 2 if WhatsApp and content are a main sales channel. Package 3 for multi-location businesses and agencies that want an agent team and one business system connected. Complete if you want every module from day one. If one simple assistant is enough, our smaller AI assistant project starts at $490.
Can you guarantee Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok or LinkedIn approval?
No. Each platform decides if and when it approves, and the waiting time is not counted in the delivery days. Meta channels need App Review and Business Verification. WhatsApp needs business verification, and Meta charges a fee per message. TikTok posts always wait for your confirmation and stay drafts until TikTok's audit passes. The LinkedIn company page needs LinkedIn's Community Management API (CMA) approval. Website chat and email go live first, without waiting. We prepare the platform submissions, with up to 2 resubmissions.
What will I pay every month after launch?
Running costs on your own accounts at provider prices, with no markup: AI usage on your own key, WhatsApp fees to Meta and a small server. Monthly care is quoted separately, from $490 a month ($490, $990, $1,490 or $1,990 for Package 1, 2, 3 or Complete). It is required for the first 3 months on Meta, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or TikTok channels; after that you can cancel any time.
How do the add-ons work?
Each of the 9 add-ons is bought on top of a package; a first order is at least Package 1. Some need a higher package: the TikTok add-ons need Package 2, and LinkedIn comments and the personal website need Package 3. TikTok and LinkedIn comments are built and billed only after the platform grants access. All 9 are included in Complete.
What if TikTok or LinkedIn refuse access in Complete?
Those 2 comment modules are included only if the platform approves. If it refuses, their $900 goes to an equal-value module you choose, or back to you.
Who owns the engine, the data and the content?
You own your data, rules, content and the custom code written for you. The core stays ours and is licensed to you for your installation, with no time limit. If you leave, you get a data export, handover notes and backup documentation.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Within 12 months, what you paid counts in full toward a bigger package: Package 1 to Package 2 is +$9,000, Package 2 to Package 3 is +$9,000, and Package 3 to Complete is +$8,000. Installed modules stay.
Will the AI make mistakes?
No AI is error-free, so we promise consistent and controlled behaviour, not zero errors: every action is checked and logged, the actions you choose wait for your approval, and the engine changes only by rules you approve; it does not learn on its own. Before anything goes public, we test it on your real customer questions.
