Will it make things up?
It is set up to answer only from the information you give it, and it shows the source for each answer. If the answer is not in your data, it says so and passes the question to your team. In approval mode you also see every reply before it goes out.
How much does the AI cost to run?
It depends on how many conversations you have. You pay the AI provider directly from your own account, and the monthly spending limit caps the cost at the amount you set. We estimate it together on the free call.
Can I check replies before customers see them?
Yes. Every assistant starts in approval mode: a reply is sent only after you approve it. You switch approval mode off when you trust the answers.
Which languages does it support?
It answers in your customers' languages, including Georgian, English and Russian. Before launch we test the answers in the languages you need.
Do I own the assistant and my data?
Yes. Your data stays yours, and the AI account and key are in your name. The knowledge base we build from your data is handed over to you.
What do I need to prepare?
Your website, FAQs, price lists and documents, plus the rules: what the assistant may and may not say. For Messenger we also need access to your Facebook page.
How long does it take?
Starter takes 7 days, Standard 14 days and Advanced 21 days. Messenger and other Meta channels go live after Meta's approval, which can add time.
