Frequently asked questions
Do you need my store password?
No. We send a collaborator request with access to themes only. You approve it in your Shopify admin and can remove it at any time. We never ask for your password.
Will my live store be affected while you work?
No. We work and test on a duplicate of your live theme. Your live store changes only when you publish the fixed theme, or ask us to publish it.
What if the problem is bigger than the package?
We look at the problem first. If it needs more work than the package covers, we tell you before we start, with a fixed price and a timeline. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Do you fix problems caused by apps?
Often, yes. If app code inside your theme causes the bug, for example a script conflict or a broken layout, we can usually fix it in the theme. If the problem is inside the app itself, we tell you and help you report it to the app developer.
Which themes do you work with?
Online Store 2.0 themes, including Shopify's free themes such as Dawn and most paid themes. For heavily customised or very old themes, we check the code first and confirm before we start.
How do we get started?
Book a meeting. We go through the problem together, agree on the package, the price and the timeline, and you get a short written summary. You don't pay anything on this website.

Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free and has no obligation. We look at your problem together and tell you honestly whether one of the packages fits it.
